HR Business Partner (Permanent)

We’re partnering with a high-performing, fast-paced organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner into a key permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a hands-on part in shaping performance, culture, and organisational effectiveness during an exciting period of focus and change.


The Role

As an HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver a commercially focused HR service across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, with a strong emphasis on employee relations, organisational development, and driving performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to align people strategy with business objectives
  • Lead and manage a wide range of employee relations cases, providing clear, pragmatic advice
  • Support organisational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives
  • Drive performance management standards, including addressing underperformance
  • Coach and develop leaders to strengthen capability, engagement, and culture
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making and improve people outcomes
  • Collaborate with wider HR teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality service


About You

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Strong employee relations expertise with a practical, solutions-focused approach
  • Commercially minded, able to balance people priorities with business needs
  • Confident influencing and coaching stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience supporting organisational development and change initiatives
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
